The central account service stores identity, authentication, security, agreement, organization-membership, and product-entitlement information. Product content such as conversations, projects, bookings, and files remains in the applicable product.

DenOps uses account information to authenticate users, secure accounts, provide requested services, and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and may be withdrawn.
